Our goal is to make this conference accessible to everyone who shares our mission. The true cost of attendance is $95 per guest, which reflects the break-even cost of hosting this conference. If you’re able, we invite you to contribute at or above that level to help sustain this work. If a lower amount makes participation possible for you, please choose that option - your presence and engagement are what matter most.

Support us by covering the fees we have to pay

3% Cover the Fee

If you cannot pay the minimum "Supported" ticket cost of $50, please consider volunteering to work at the conference in exchange for attendance.

If you need to cancel:

We can refund your ticket less $10 processing fee until January 5th.

We can refund 50% of your ticket cost from January 6th - January 20th.

We cannot offer a refund after January 20, 2026.
