2027 Dates Announced!

February 21 & 22, 2027

The conference dedicated to highlighting the benefits of hybrids grapes in wine.

What’s New in 2027?

Embracing Hybrid Grapes will take place over 2 days.

Sunday, February 21 & Monday, February 22, 2027

We hope to give California wine the opportunity to grow in resilience, embody more ecological and regenerative values, and achieve greater cultural distinctiveness.

Why It Matters

Hybrid grapes embody the urgently needed process of adaptation.

We’ve been missing out on a huge opportunity to:

  • Adapt our viticulture for greater resilience in a time of rapid change and weather extremes.

  • Eliminate or reduce our dependence on pesticides. The health of our world depends on it.

  • Create distinctive local wine cultures and stand out in a global market. It’s time we start making California wine in California.
